Davide Scarabottolo is the star of the event organized for September 16 at the Beato Pellegrino Complex.
The young pianist performs Wolfgang Amadé Mozart, Ouverture from La Clemenza di Tito, Fryderyk Chopin, Variations for piano and orchestra on “Là ci darem la mano” from Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Ludwig van Beethoven, Fantasia for piano, solos, chorus and orchestra op., 80 accompanied by the Orchestra and Chorus of the Concentus Musicus Patavinus conducted by Sergio Lasaponara and Ignacio Vazzoler, respectively.
As part of the fifth edition of the “Bartolomeo Cristofori” International Festival, which takes place in Padua from September 8 to 20, 2022, the event is part of ‘Universi musicali – 800 anni di Storia, 800 di Università, 800 di Musica’ and of the University of Padua’s 800th Anniversary Celebrations.
