As part of the “LiberaMente” series of events, the Diocesan Office for the Pastoral Care of Culture and University, the Catholic University Colleges, and Doctors with Africa Cuamm welcome university students on a guided walking tour, visiting the residences of those who distinguished themselves within the University of Padua and the Church.

This interactive and informative tour leads visitors along an unconventional path to discover what and who has made Padua a place of freedom and openness as the two constants distinguishing professionalism, the person, and the peripheries of the world. The tour ends with a workshop for students to share, exchange, and reflect on what it means to be a modern champion for the future.

The tour is held on May 3, 5, 10, 12, and 17, starting at 5:30 pm at the entrance of Padua’s Basilica del Santo.

To participate, please send an email to liberamentechampions@gmail.com for more information.

In celebration of the University of Padua’s 800th Anniversary (1222-2022), the Church of Padua will participate the LiberaMente series of events to honor and reflect upon the depth of the relationship between the two central institutions.
